With an 8.8kWh battery that can be charged by a standard household plug socket in 4 and a half hours, you'll be able to take advtange of up to 63km of fuel free driving. But don't worry about Range Anxiety as after you've exhausted your battery charge, the Prius Prime will revert to being an ultra efficient hybrid vehicle, where you could expect fuel efficiency similar to a standard hybrid Prius at an average of 3.4L/100km.
